Radha Mandayam, who made the game, says that Joined Words is a great way to test your English vocabulary, connect the dots, and put things together. It has green and yellow squares in all words, which is a nice change from the other words, which don't have all of them.
How to use the word "join"
- You can solve a puzzle at any time.
- Look at the three hints, and then type in the answer. You can choose to answer with connected words or with single words.
- You have up to 10 chances to guess the word.
- After the third and sixth tries, you'll get a hint that tells you the first letters of the first and second words.
- Easy Mode can also be used to play.
In Compound Words, there is a leaderboard that shows up the next day if you find the answer faster than the people who came before you. If you don't understand a term, you can also check the answer the next day.
